So the question is......what is floating around inside the cyl.....a piece of the valve?

Did it punch a hole in the piston or tear up the cyl walls? Just wondering why the replacement engine vs repairing the one in there....

Piston is trashed.. Engine has 180,000 miles on it.. Just located one with 100k for 450$
