Default PCV hose breather filter for j30 2004 accord

I have a 2004 accord with the j30 6 speed.. There is a hose running from the rear valve cover.. Unfortunately my intake hose ripped, and I wanna just out a filter directly on my throttle body.. Which is fine, exhaust that pcv vent hose comes off the intake and usually uses vacuum to pull fumes off the valves.. What can I do to eliminate the need for this intake hose, yet vent my valves properly?

No I don't wanna buy a new intake hose just because of one vent hose.. I've seen lots of guys with the filter coming directly off of the throttle body ...

Yeah that's what I was thinking.. I I don't know exactly how I could find another port to route it to.. Buuttt.. Hopefully I can dig something up.. Really tired of the crappy intake hose being there for literally no reason besides that.

Put a T fitting on the brake booter vacuum port and run vaccum to the booter and to the vc.
