Icon4 Passenger High Beam Stuck ON and DRLs only work when lowbeams are ON

So, this problem started last night! My passenger side high beam will NOT shut off no matter what, keys removed/in, engine on/off. The driver side light functions normally with the lever and wont stay on if I remove the keys.
To prevent my battery from draining as I needed to get to school the next morning (today) I unplugged the high beam bulb, which may have caused the second problem since it was not an issue before.
Now my DRL warning light on the cluster comes on unless I have my low beams set to ON (even on AUTO the DRL warning light stays on)
If anyone has had a similar issue or has any idea as to what I could do to solve this I would GREATLY appreciate it. I tried looking at the fusebox under the hood but was not able to find anything I thought that would help.
Please note, it has been -50 degrees Celsius the last two days where I live, however I am not sure cold climate would have an effect.
