Icon2 P1157 code

My 2006 Honda Accord with 2.4 engine seems to be running fine but the engine light is on. I took it to an Auto Store and borrowed their scanner which displayed a P1157 dtc. Searching the code list, it looks like the upstream A/F sensor possibly has failed.

Is there anything else I should check before replacing this part?
Should I only use Denso sensor? Any idea of the OEM part #?
Where is it located and how hard is it to replace?

Its pretty easy to replace. Make sure you use oem parts with your vin number to verify its the right part. Its about 120 bucks.
