Default overheat and braking problem

hi everyone, I have the honda acorrd 2004 ex, when i turned on the AC, my car is overheat no matter is on highway or in traffic. but when i turn off the ac, it goes back to normal.

another problem is when i hit the brake, the steering wheel turns to the right side. when i went to a mechanic, and said the right side of the outer tie rod end is a little bit soft, do u think that's the reason cause the problem? do i have to make it very tight?

Thanks a lot

Thermostat often does strange things. I would start there.
