Re: no heat drivers side
I had the same problem and didn't know what was the cause.
I preformed a little inspection and found I had a Heater Valve with a broken shaft.
The problem was fixed. But I still had very little or no heat from driver side. So I flushed out the Heater Core to see if it was clogged but it was fine.
I also replaced the thermostat but it wasn't it either.
So I realized if the problem wasn't coming from the engine, because the coolant hose going to the heater core and the return hose were both hot it must be from the HVAC Unit.
The problem was either the Air Mix Motor or the Flap under the dash on the driver's side.
I haven't gone around to fixing it but I should get to it soon
