Default No air blowing

2006 Accord Hybrid
There is no air blowing at all. I checked the blower motor and when I put power to it, it started spinning and blowing air through the vents. I replaced the blower motor resistor and still nothing. I have checked the fuses and relays and they are fine. I tested the adapters to the blower motor and resistor and both show to be getting power through them. I'm now at a loss and have no idea what else to check or do. Any help would be appreciated.

try resetting the ecu by disconnecting battery or pulling ecu fuse.
when the resistor goes bad the ecu shuts down blower and a/c.
it still thinks there's a problem until you reset it.

I've tried pulling the ecu fuse and that didn't fix it. I went ahead and disconnected the battery and still no results. The only thing I can figure is that my resistor went bad and that the resistor I purchased must be bad.

Did you get an aftermarket resistor or OE - not saying that the aftermarket one is bad, just sometimes they are not good at knowing the two vs four door cars take different ones.

I would test the inputs to the transistor just to be sure.

I did buy an aftermarket resistor, which was the problem. I took it back and got my money back then I bought the correct resistor from Honda. I mounted it in my car and it worked for 5 minutes then the air quit blowing again. Any idea what I should look for now?

The blower motor is most likely faulty,it is drawing too much current thru the resistor causing it to fail. Also when replacing the resistor make sure it is mounted correctly in the heater box before running the blower motor.it needs the air blowing across it to keep it cool.

After doing some diagnostics on the electrical system, I could not find any problems. I replaced the resistor again and it is working fine.
