Need your guys opinion
Okay Im planning on buying a 2003 Honda Accord V6.....But Im buying from the Auction...I want a 6speed but those are hard to come by...
Well not till today, I found the prefect one, but heres the catch....Its at the auction for flooding...
The car has a Cold Air Intake so Im guessing it Hydrolocked.....Most likely going to need to tear it down and maybe get a new motor...
How much do these motors go for?

Hydro-locked would be the least problematic. If water got into the car (fuse box/wiring) you would be looking at serious electrical problems down the road. Don't walk, run away from that car.

Re: Need your guys opinion (BLKFLSH)
No water in interior....we buy cars all the time but never flooded...only reason Im considering this one its because it has a cold air intake and as we know, people drive the CIA into deep puddles all the time lol...
when water gets in the interior, the auction pulls the carpet out...
car is dropped on factory wheels..
This car would be for my personal use....
Maybe I should just by one thats been wrecked..but all are automatic

I got my car from the local auction.
Who cares if the replace the carpet?--that's cheap and easy. Electrical problems on the other hand-not cheap and never easy. I'd stay away.
