Does anyone know what parts are required to install the Honda navigation system? It currently has the 6 disc changer, dual climate control, xm and steering wheel controls. I have seen them on ebay with prices from $800-1300, but I'd like to make sure I get the entire set.

Its for her '05. The CD changer went out and I was thinking of upgrading since I have to take it apart and spend money anyway.
Its slowly becoming mine.

your going the need the display/audio/climate control, the trunk mounted DVD drive, the GPS antenna the sub display on top, the overhead mike and steering wheel control for the voice activation, and the fun part is the main harness as all the navi wires are built into the harness so your either going to have to replace the whole body harness or cut the navi wires out of the doner one and make your own harness with it and run it next to the one in the car ....not a beginner job.

Yeah unless you want to strip most of the interior and dash to replace the wiring harness it's not worth the time.

You would be best off contacting a local installer. I have seen nothing for the new gen Accords yet.

Just so other people know the knowledge metra has made a dash kit so you can get "busy" they have two models 99-7874 for single climate control and 99-7875 for dual climate.. hope this helps. You can check their website at http://www.metraonline.com
