It dosn't even blow air :[...

I'm guessing it's not the condenser because I swapp all the fuses, and it just wont blow any air at all, but the outside ventilation works and the circulating air works too.

year model? About the wipers, there is a windshield wiper motor recall on some 03Accords Maybe this applies to your car. You can always call your closest dealer and speak with someone in the service department ask them if they can tell you if there are any OPEN recalls for your car and have your VIN # ready. Good luck

check that your getting power to your blower motor.

like said earlier...transistor..... or the hvac switch.... pull out the a/c fan speed control and jump the wires to the hot side and see if it works...if so then its the fan speed switch/transitor.

Depending on the year model the transistor is a resistor, and both even when faulty work in the highest fan speed position. Tell tell Symptoms of transistor/resistor failure is blower motor will not work except for max fan speed position, but not always. When in this position full voltage is apllied to the blower motor. The resistor is how you get less fan speed... Less voltage= Less fan speed.

by this u mean jump the wires together right, and if i see a spark then the switch is functioning and i have to diagnose the transitor right?

Even faster than that. Turn the a/c on. If the compressor and cooling fans come on then it's the blower motor. If the a/c compressor and fans do not come on it's the transistor.
