Default Low beam problems on a 03 Honda Accord

Hey guys I have a 2003 Honda Accord and I noticed that my driver side low beam will go out in less then a min. The thing is if I switch the lights on again,it will come on again just to turn off. I put the high beams on to see if the driver side light will turn off as well, but it seems it is just the driver side low beam. Any suggestions will help!

Are you sure the bulb is good?

When the light is out, test the voltage on the red/yellow wire.

Turned out their was a aftermarket ballast put in for some brighter lights, but I think the ballast was going bad which was causing the problem. So I removed the ballast and all attached wires, and just used the reg plug/bulb, works fine now.
