Lost 5v reference for TPS, etc

2004 accord lx 2.4l manual. Lost 5 volt reference to tps and other sensors along with this checked coming out of computer and have nothing. I've ohmed out engine wiring harness and have found it to be good, once plugged in I have no voltage. I've tried a spare ecu also and had the same problem. Any ideas?

Re: Lost 5v reference for TPS, etc

Check power and ground going to the ECM/PCM.
  • Check under-hood Fuse No. 8 (15A). This is hot at all times.
  • Check under-dash Fuse No. 19 (15A). This fuse get power when the ignition switch is in the ON or START position.
You may have to backprobe the wire terminal connections.
  • With the ignition switch in the ON position, is there power (battery voltage) at the Blk/Yel wire terminal no. 9 at ECM/PCM harness Connector E?
  • With the ignition switch in the ON position, is there power (battery voltage) at the Yel/Blk wire terminal no. 2 at ECM/PCM harness Connector A?
  • With the ignition switch in the ON position, is there power (battery voltage) at the Yel/Blk wire terminal no. 3 at ECM/PCM harness Connector A?
  • Is ground wires and connection at G101 okay?
