Jerking when decelerating in 3rd and 4th
Hi guys. I have an 06 Accord 4cyl 5speed manual with 115k miles on it. Recently it's been jerking bad and feeling like its not getting enough fuel when it's in 3rd or 4th going around 40-50mph and I let off of the gas. It's annoying as hell to say the least. It really is noticeable when going uphill.
The car is still covered under hondacare until next month and I took it in to have it checked out. Of course they couldn't find any problems...saying that the flywheel prob has some bad spots on it and when I get the clutch replaced that will be taken care of.
It really feels like something to do with the fuel system....but I'm not sure. I'm far from a mechanic. Any ideas? If its something that should be covered under my service contract I want to get it done before it expires of course. Should I find go to another dealer?
Thanks.

The guy is right, it could be an uneven flywheel surface. However, the fact that it is isolated to third and 4th gear stumps me. I used to get that shudder and jerking in first gear sometimes, but mostly that was when I first got the car and was adjusting to the clutch.

jerking when letting off and going up hill?
I am not getting a clear picture of what the symptom is. it could be something from the ignition system misfiring to a broken engine mount, it all depends.
