Default j30a transmission/cel code help

hey guys im in need of your help as i just got done swapping the torque converter on my 04 accord v6. everything went well except that its throwing me 2 codes
before i go on about the codes and problems i want to explain how/what i did.

first of all the transmission was only going in 1st and 2nd and than no power.
i figure it was neither the transmission or the torque converter.so than i bought an 03 acura cl type s auto transmission. yes its the same transmission but the only thing different about that are the mounts on it. i will upload pictures of the two later.
so now with that difference on the two im taking chance on it being the torque converter.
i slap the cl type -s troque converter on and ready to assemble.come to find out the torque convert drive plate on the accord was much smaller by nearly a quarter inch. doesnt bolt up to the cl type-s torque converter.went to honda and order the drive plate for the cl.
with everything bolted up, it started fine
cel came on and the tcs light also on. heres the code its throwing
P0962 ACURA - A/T clutch pressure control solenoid valve A (short)
P2647 ACURA - VTEC Oil Pressure Switch Circuit High Voltage

my question here is when i start up the car, the green light on D is blinking even though its parked. is this related to the p0962 code its throwing. that same solenoid was working before i did the swap and couldnt see why it wont now.
my second question is the tcs light and p0962. how do i fix this problem ?

i google it but nothing thatll help with the issues. any help is 'preciated thanks

Problems solved after much searching for answers, I finally got the problem fix.
The vtec solenoid was way down by the oil filter. I missed the harness somehow when putting the axels on. That took care of the tcs light and for the the other code p0962, swap out the one on Accord with Acura cl's.

On thing I learn from this swap is that when dropping the subframe, make sure the rack n pinion doesn't hang loose. The Accord runs smooth with Acura cl's torque convert. It wasn't the tranny after all just a bad torque converter.

Question. I have a 2005 honda accord which had a usdm j30a4 v6 engine and swapped it out with a jdm j30A engine. Getting check engine light and both TCS lights. Took it to honda dealership and they told me they were due to vtec not being connected. Any idea how to go about this?? Thanks in advance.
