Icon2 Loose steering, brake jutter, and excessive vibration

Hello I recently purchased a used 2007 honda accord I4. I am experiencing some excessive vibration, could this be the motor or tranny mounts? How do you check the mounts? I also put brand new brakes on the vehicle and I have some brake jutter when stopping(used aftermarket rotors and pads) and everything seems to be installed correctly and I have not "panic stopped" the vehicle. I also am experiencing some loose steering (excessive play), but have almost concluded it is time for an alignment. Please chime in if you have experienced or may know how to remedy any of these things.

Even if i could do a visual inspection...it would be very helpful if I just knew where to look and what to look for.

You can start by checking your tires for flat spots,or maybe just the tire pressure in general, that could be making your steering bumpy. So you have brand new brakes, but they're used rotors and pads? Have you checked to see if the rotors are warped? Or maybe you didn't install the pads correctly? Did you bleed the brakes while doing the pads and rotors? You need an alignment for loose steering? Dont think so,maybe you should check your power steering fluid as well as the steering rack in general for any leaks. Alignments are for when your car pulls either left or right, its done to keep the car driving in a straight line, not to fix loose steering. Are there any CEL's? Hope this helps.

loose steering can be an indication of bad tie rod ends, jack car up and put on stands. Wiggle the wheel, if loose, it might be the tie rod ends or wheel bearings. Is the car vibrating or pulsing when applying constant brake pressure?

Brake jutter: Did you lube the bolts on the caliper? If you don't lube, when the piston pushes the pad it gets hung up and causes massive uneven pad wear and vibration. If that's the case the pads are ruined and would look like this:
