I have a 2010 Accord. The little plastic cord that holds the gas cap on broke. I bought one of those shitty universal gas cap tethers on amazon. Apparently Honda is not universal. Where can I buy just the plastic cord?

You can't buy just the cord, you have to buy the whole cap.

Thanks for the help but it's stupid that I have to buy the whole assembly. I just crazy glued it back together, put a little piece of metal in there (a staple) so it wouldn't bend as much and wrapped some electrical tape around it. I'm hoping it'll last a year or so.

Every time I fill up I think about cutting the cord off, because it gets in the way when putting the cap back on. I would keep the part around the cap, so it would still hook on the door, but the cord is unnecessary IMO.
