best way for a newbie is to buy an off the shelf engineered spring and shock kit. it's not the absolute best way, but it's fine for 99% of the drivers out there.

My 2 cents (and yeah, I'm a 23 year old autocross kid not an old geezer): don't do it.

Sorry to be harsh but unless you're only in it for the looks, you won't gain any performance. In fact, lowering this particular car will only change every geometry underneath.. aka your turn out, caster, camber, drag, steering, wash, braking, tire wear.. all shot to hell. Even if you shell out for the top shelf eBay **** you are limited by the car's undercarriage.. unless you want to fabricate your own McPherson strut setup or something, but then again how low do you have to go to achieve "the look"? Is tire rub on speed bumps and around drive through windows worth it?

Leave the tire cutting to the boys that don't know cars or know them well enough and just don't care about performance.

Just do it for the looks It will make your car handle better as long as you dont go too low . IMO these accord have a huge fender to tire gap. Some eibach pro kit springs should suffice
Its pretty easy to install just google. this sight kind of sucks for any technical info.
what you need to do is join v6p.net .
You will find all the info you need there

For cheap price just change springs
For adjustable buy coilover set.

Any way, If you change height. You have to buy camber kit for front and rear.

wow, you shouldnt give out info.

you actually autoX and dont believe that lowering a car's center of gravity with a stiffer suspension helps? and camber kits correct a tire's contact patch. not sure where you're going with this one.
