Default Honda purchase

Hey guys, I'm looking into buying a 2008 Honda accord ex-l v6, fully loaded. It has 88k miles on it and they're asking $14900. Is this a decent price? Are these known to have any issues? Anything I should worry about with this many miles? I don't know anything about Honda's. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Some people don't like the VCM, so pay attention to what happens when it switches over.

Thanks, yeah I noticed that during the test drive. Does it help a lot with fuel? What kind of mpg's are people typically seeing with the v6?

Best was 31 MPG hwy without trying. Just driving normal. This is with passengers and luggage.
