Honda Accord 2004 EX 2.4L Low Beams not working
 

So I have aftermarket Spyder headlights installed and the H1 bulb on the passenger side went out one night but the driver side was still working. Then the next day the driver side was out. I pulled them both out and they definitely both blew out but the problem lies not in the bulbs but the wires. I went to install new lights and they don't turn on. I tested the current on the wire harness and the red wire gets current but the black wire has no current. The black wire is the one that powers the bulbs. The red wire powers done other part of the projector I can't see. I've tested the wire and the connector and no current is showing up at all. If I plug in the 9006 stock bulbs they light up but It blew a fuse so my guess was that it was drawing too much current from the one wire otherwise I got nothin. It's also worth mentioning that the night this happened I was having an issue with my starter and my car wasn't turning over so I replaced that and I caught wind of issues with the ignition starter switch. I can't figure this one out someone please help!
