Honda Accord 2.4 Ex, 2008, engine has exploded, blown out

I am owner of Honda Accord 2.4 EX bought In November 2008 from Makpetrol Honda dealer in Skopje, Macedonia. The vehicle has been regularly serviced in Honda authorized service as requested by them every 10.000 km.On 9th of August 2017, I drove from home to work for 20 minutes without any problems. The car was left on the parking for 8hours and then I went back home. 10km after the starting point, in moment of speeding from 140km/f to 160km/h I have heard some sound similar like when stone hit the lower metal part of the car. The sound was almost unnoticeable but because I know my car well I make distinction from regular sounds. In the mirror I have noticed white smoke and I start breaking till my car stopped completely approximately 30 seconds after the sound. Approximately 10 seconds before full stop, on the display I got notification that there is no low oil pressure and in the very same moment I realized that I am losing engine power.When I stopped the car I noticed that there was oil leaking after the sound was heard. The temperature of the engine was normal because while I was slowing down, I have looked at temperature gauge and it was in a normal area. I used a truck to take my car to Honda service and there I was told that the engine has exploded and there are some parts that has been flown out from the engine. At that moment, that engine has passed around 174.000 km.Local Honda dealer and Local Honda service are refusing to give answer why this has happened, so any idea what might cause this Honda engine to explode and if there is a way to contact higher level of Honda representatives to report this problem?
