Can someone please recommend a quality brand for HID kits?

More important than brand is warranty. There are a few retailers that have a lifetime warranty on their kits, vs. a "name brand" kit that has a year or two of warranty. Personally I'd go with the kit that is backed by a good retailer and warranty.
