Default help with tire replacement

a customer recently came to the shop and asked when she needed tires how much and yadda yadda. i looked on her honda mini van and saw that they had switched to a 235-710-R460A. and they are not cheap tires. the question is has anyone tried to convert to a regular size yet that you know of? i did my math and it converts to an 18.11 inch rim. but i am do not want to tell anyone to try it if i havent myself or i dont have facts to back me. thanks

you are talking about pax tires. why would you want to do that? those tires/wheel weight close to 100 pounds each. they are run flats with a ring in the rim. i work at honda and those tires are a pain to change cost about 1200 for 4 new ones installed. labor is 1.5 hours and tires are 3xx each.
