Icon6 HELP 2009 honda accord problems

hi,
I have a 2009 honda accord v6 coupe AMT 34k miles. My D light blinks and check engine symbols come on and then others shortly follow. after a few minutes just about every light is on that can be on the guage cluster. Battery light, abs, E brake just everything that could possibly be lit is at the same time. Also, the car takes a second to move into gear when this is going on. it also wont shift past 3rd gear and it slams in to gear when it shifts. if i dont drive my car for a few days the lights go away and i can drive for like 30 miles before they come on and everything is entirely normal. Recently i was driving when symptoms were occuring and I lost all power to the car no power steering, no radio, no nothing, guage cluster lights were out, no power locks no power windows car stopped shifting and accelerating but engine remained on. I pulled over turned it off then tried to turn back on and the battery was dead. however, windows worked again and radio everything worked but starter wouldnt turn over i assume not power to turn over starter. i got a jump and turned the car on D light stopped blinking and drove back home like nothing happened. I have no idea what could causes this. Sometimes i can drive 15 mintues everything is good. Go into a store shop come out and turn my car on and i get these symptoms with the D light flashing drive home use my car the next morning and its normal again. if i drive it and turn it off then back on i get these issues. PLEASE HELP

First, your battery may be weak. OEM battery sucks. So time for a new one. BTW, do you add water to your battery? If not, then expect a short life - if that is the case.

Now the important stuff. Your flashing D (and check engine) is a sign of a transmission problem. You got 34K, is your car still under warranty?

Have it check out by the dealer either case. The powertrain warranty is 5yr/60K.

Worst case, you need a new transmission.

With that said, don't mean to scare you. Modern day Honda will sound off all sorts of lights and trigger all them of responses for something "small" because everything is connected with moder electronics.

Cliff: Have them take a look at the transmission.

Could be Alternator, I had the problem with my Maxima once. I own a 2009 Honda Accord too now.

I'm not sure if the tranny is but, I have it at the dealer they said they thinks its the ecu and are going to replace it. What does my battery have to do with loss of power when the car is on? And yes I think the alternator could also be a possibility.

It has nothing to do with it.

You mentioned the battery was "dead" and then it came back to life?

Either case, and 4 year old OEM battery should be replaced IMO. There seems to be other issues, so a fresh battery will cross that off your list.

I added 1/3 gallon of water to my 2.75 year old OEM battery. So if you have not taken care of your battery, you may be pushing it at 4 years.

problem solved.
one of the control fuse boxes on the driver side had a loose pin it was pin 14. they swapped the ECU prior and had the same issues. As soon as they secured the pin all issues went away.
thanks for your inputs.
