Hi my girls car keeps stalling out on her. It dies while going slow or fast also once it stalls it has no power you turn the ignition on and the car is completely dead.. I am thinking ignition switch but I am not totally sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First check your battery and the wires cause corrosion can be causing high resistance leading to this issue (easy check). Next is what u stated the ignition switch, which does have issues on that car. The problem is normally the electrical portion on the back of the ignition cylinder. just remove the plastic covers around the steering collumn and check to see if the solder connections on the electrical portion of the ignition cylinder look bad. (there will be a milky white cover over the part you need to check which sucks to remove). need more help hit me back
