I've got a 2004 Accord with xenon headlights. Some Honda electricians messed around with automatic always "ligths on" module. The lights are on even during starting of the engine. The light switch is constantly kept in the "on" position. It seems to me they somehow disabled the lights on alarm which should sound when you open the door with lights on. Even the position lights are off when I turn off the ignition.

The problem is that the electonics inside the car apparently think the lights are off and therefore the head light washer system doesn't work. Has anyone got an idea what to do, how to fix this annoying problem?
