When Honda initially changed to OBD-II, they put it near the center like the 5th gen Accord and your earlier generation Civic. Pretty much all later generation Hondas (CR-Vs, Accords, Pilots, etc.) are all on the left side.
Additionally, the OP is asking about his 2010 Accord, which is on the left side, not like your 2001 Civic. (9 years later and a different model Honda).

The OP's OBD-II port is under the driver's side, left as I stated. Not, like your 2001 Civic. You're the one that should give up with your wrong location for his car.

Also, my gen of Odyssey goes from 2005-2010. I suppose you're now gonna tell us they changed the location from 2005 to 2010.
