Friends 05 Accord pulling.
My friend is currently having problems with his 2005 Accord, 2.4, automatic 4 door.
The car has been taken for 3 total alignments and still pulls quite hard to the right. I do believe that all 3 alignments have been done at different shops. One of the mechanics even said that it might "naturally" have pull like that. I doubt it as I have personally driven the car and you have to make sure the car is going straight by holding the wheel to the left. I own a 2000 GS-R and have no pulling like that whatsoever. I can let go the steering wheel and have my car go straight for quite a while before I have to correct it.
Is this a common problem with Accords in this year, or does my friend might have to go get his frame checked for damage? Any help and insight would be appreciated.

No car is supposed to pull. I know my 05 Accord goes straight for awhile without any pulling. Most likely bad alignments or could be a broken part in the steering system.

check the front brakes and make sure the passenger side is not dragging.
also the car will pull slightly to the right or left depending upon how big the crown is on the road.
I am gonna bet something is bent

No, it is not common at all.
The first thing I want to say is to make sure that your car is getting aligned by someone who knows what to do with front-drive and all-drive cars, and that the machine being used is a four wheel laser alignment machine.
All four wheels have to be aligned and you have to make sure that the total overall thrust angle is correct.
This is not unique to Accords, but it is unique to all big front drive and all drive cars.
If the alignments that were being done were four-wheel laser alignments being performed by competent individuals, then you'll have to ask your friend what he's done to the car recently in the way of mud bogging or other unusual activities. :-)

Please post the bulletin number or a link when you make a statement like this.
Chances are your friend has a bad tire. If they are not directional tires cross rotate the left front to right front and right to left. If the pull changes to the opposite direction you have a bad tire. If they are directional tires rotate the tires front to back and see if the pull goes away. The first explanation is the most accurate test.

That happened to me. The car was out of alignment before we inherited it. So when I got it aligned it began pulling because one tire was already worn funny. Swapping tires around confirmed that; & when I bought snow tires it didn't pull at all.

yup I was just going to say this - i do alignments at work and bad tires are a large percentage of pulls on alignments that come back - rotate them and see what happens.

GSRNetics... Also talk to your alignment guy...
Sometimes it's possible to adjust the alignment, within the allowable specs, to make the pull less or even go away. I don't like it done that way, because when I rotate the tires then it pulls the other way.
