Default Fob suddenly stopped working on 06 EX

Hello everyone,

About a month ago, I went to use the key of my Accord to lock the car, and nada. The fob stopped working. I figured the fob battery was dead, as it was when I got the car. Unfortunately a new battery yielded no results as well. I just tried to reprogram th fob to the car a few times today, but also got no results.nox vidmate mobdro

After waking up to find my car rummaged through in my driveway this morning, I'm feeling motivated to resolve this and get my fob working again.

Does anyone know of any troubleshooting methods I can try to determine what's not working? I really don't want to waste money replacing various parts trying to figure out what the cause is.

Thank you for any help.

If reprogramming the transmitter didn't work,it might possibly be due to a faulty driver's door multiplex control unit (MCU).

The antennae is part of the driver's door control unit. The door mcu is part of the driver's master window switch.
