engine stall
Hello everyone,
This is my first post and I'm seeking advice on a problem with 2.4L Honda accord. Brought the car for my son with a stretched timing chain. Replace both intake and exhaust valve at the local machine shop. I put the engine back together and timed it perfectly. The engine will start but stall 20s after running. The crazy thing is when trying to restart the engine it sounds and feels like it has no compression.??? Has anyone come across this issue before? I thought the piston compression rings were sticking to the pistons but cant imagine them freeing up and sticking intermittently. Please help, really don't want to go to the dealership.
