Whenever the engine is running you hear a fast paced clicking, not a knocking, a clicking noise. I cant tell if its coming from the head or manifold.

can anyone help, please?

My car makes a clicking/ticking noise too... From what I've read, it is likely to be the fuel injectors assuming youve adjusted your valves recently.

It's probably the valves. How long has it been since you had the valves adjusted? They usually need it every 60K miles or so even though Honda says every 100K miles. You can try to pinpoint the clicking by CAREFULLY putting the tip of a screwdriver on what you think is the offending part and your ear on the handle.

Could also be purge control solenoid. Very normal for it to click.
