Default Car Audio System

I have Alpine Type R Front and Rear Deck Speakers and i have Two 12" Kicker subs in the back rated at 2000 watt peak. my problem that Only on certain songs my subs completely cut out on me and wont turn back on unless I shut the radio off or turn the car off then back on. its not over heating issue or anything like that I think. But most of the time when I first start the car and play those certain songs it will cut out. But After a little while of playing other music(That may hit harder than any of the songs that cut out usually). But after all that I can play that song again no problem I think its cause the subs wont be hitting as hard as when i first started the car because the battery is lower on energy(Im assuming at least). If I need to upgrad what sthe next step up not sub wise mainly speaker wise.

Sorry its hard to explain this all so ask any question and I will answer to the best of my ability haha
