A/C Charge 2003 Accord LX
My 2003 Accord LX A/C was not working. Dealer said the compessor has a leak. Dealer wanted $1,500 for a new compressor. A friend of mine owns a Meinike and offered to do a compressor for $675.
So, I put a can of 134a+ in yesterday using products from
http://www.id-usa.com/.
Was easy to do and worked like a charm. Hopefully, the leak is small and sealed up.

A/C leaks don't just "seal up." And I hope for your own sake that you didn't put some sort of sealer crap into the system, because no shop is going to want to touch that car with their recovery machines with anything like that in there - it plugs up the machine and requires costly repair.

Let me rephrase: I hope the leak slows down to were the can of 134a+ will last the summer. The product does have some sealer in it but is not a pure sealer. I was aware of the concerns you raised.
I put in a can of Interdynamics' ArticFreeze.

That stuff should be okay.
If the A/C hasn't stopped working yet, it's probably a slow enough leak that it may last for a couple of months. Cross your fingers.
