buying a used car, need advice
so I'm in the market for a G7 coupe for around ~15k. I've found a few that I like (EX 4 bangers and v6's) but was wondering...
If I wait a few weeks until it turns 2008, will the car depreciate in value?lol is now a good time to buy a used car?
what are some things to look out for? Besides the obvious carfax report.
If any panels were ever replaced there wouldn't be a VIN sticker on it, correct?
-panel VINS
-recall history
those are all I can think of. what else should I check for when I'm test driving one? any help is appreciated

Re: buying a used car, need advice (Calavera)
I found my 2005 Honda Accord 5spd I-4 with 14909 miles. I gave 14250 for it.
(From what I have found, I got a GREAT deal. Who knows though.)

Now is a great time to buy a car-before the new year. Dealers don't want to have to pay taxes on cars sitting on their lot on Jan.1st. Normally, the used car market actually gets better after the new year for that reason-dealers run low inventory in December then load back up in January. Plus, you have all those people who go to get a new car after they do their taxes.
I am a wholesaler, and I always get way more for cars in January than in December.
