Default Bad igi main 50A relay?

So...a few months ago I took my 2007 Honda Accord SE in to a reputable repair shop for replacement of driver's side curtain airbag and sensor replacement. Drove my car home afterwards and started carpooling with my wife, because we work together. So I wasn't driving my car much. At some point I noticed that the dome light had stopped working. Blew a couple of fuses trying to replace blown fuse and decided to disconnect all interior lighting, including visors which have lights around their mirrors. Blew another fuse trying to replace. Gave up in favor of doing more important repairs around my house. 2 weeks later...Now all electrical power cuts out (including engine) for a second or so and picks right back up. According to posts, it appears that I have a bad relay. I assume the igi main 50A relay (position 23) is the one, but are my interior lighting problems related? Is it likely that a new igi main relay will blow too?

Thank you in advance for any help.
