Call Honda America to see if they will give you the brake code so you can temporarily use the car.

I can help you out but I will diffentenly need to see visual proof that the car is yours. You are better off goin to your closeest dealership. Cause this sounds fishy to me.

There's a reason why the dealership won't tell you without having the car in person. You have to show proof of ownership matching the VIN (which has to be checked on the vehicle in person). Then they usually reprogram a key for you. Releasing that kind of info jsut leads to more accords being stolen.

I want to do this but the dealership charges an arm and a leg. How can I show proof of ownership? I have the title in hand.
