another PO141 code
Hi,
I've searched and not found testing instructions with this code - just folks replacing the O2 sensor. I want to double-check before I replace anything...
I have a 2005 Accord 4 cyl, auto with about 70K miles on it. About a month ago, the check engine light came on and code PO141 displayed. I think this is the downstream O2 sensor (tells the computer that the cat is working or not) and will have no impact in gas mileage/driveability. The light has been going on and off over the past few weeks.
I could easily replace that O2 sensor but want to see if there is something else I should check first. I don't want to spend money on the wrong part. Also, do you recommend spending extra money on the Honda sensor or is Bosch/Denso/other ok? Thanks for any help!
