Accord vs. Civic
Alright guys i'm in a tough bind. I'm looking at trading in my 95 tahoe. I have the choice of either an accord or a civic. The two types i'm looking at are an 07 4d civic si or an 04 2d accord ex. What are the pros and cons of each?

Re: Accord vs. Civic (hamesworth)
To me it depends on how many people are going to be riding in this car, and how large they are. The rear seat would be easier to get into, in the Civic (4dr). It's no fun climbing into the rear seat of a coupe (2dr). If there are only going to be two people riding in the car, they would have more room in the front of the Accord. The Accord will ride smoother and be more comfortable (in front), but the Civic will get better mileage. Which of these things is more important to you?

A 2 dr. vs. a 4 dr.............
If you were to say a 4 door Civic vs. a 4 door Accord, I would have said depends how much you you want to spend and MPG. The interior space of those model year Accord and Civic are very smililar that what ever the difference is, won't matter to most normal size humans. If an extra inch of space is need to for a rear facing car seat for example, than the larger Accord would be a better choice. MPG is already mentioned. Nothing is better than a Civic.
Since you did mention a Si and 2 door Accord, I assume the bottom line is sporty. The winner would be Si. Just watch out for higher insurance rate and people trying to jack your car.

Re: (Accord-Guy)
yup depends on how many people will ride in it, how far you travel daily, gas purposes, civic will save a little more, accord is more mature looking, i think more refined, civic is newer though, but hondas over 2003+ are all good still....i'd go with accord
