Accord Steering Wheel Vibrate on the road

Accord Steering Wheel Vibrate on the road
I drive a Honda Accord 06, 50,000+ miles.
When I am driving on the road at higher speed, I can feel the steering wheel beginning to vibrate. When I hit the brakes, I can still feel the vibrate and sometimes, the steering gets a little out of balance a little by swaying left when I am holding on tight and straight. When I hit the brakes, I sometime can hear a rumbling sound possibly coming from the rotors. It is something from the steering wheel causing this discomfort.
I went to a shop and I had my front tires inspected (nothing wrong), balanced and rotated and I can still feel the same problem. At first, I thought it was something related to the tires that is not balance.
Is it possible this is related to the rotors, suspension or struts. I know bad rotors tend to shake when it goes bad while braking. But, I am not sure will bad rotors vibrate while driving without pressing the brakes.
Any info will help!!!

Re: Accord Steering Wheel Vibrate on the road
When last did you get a brake change? a possible cause for the vibration could be from bad rotors or a stuck brake piston that doesn't retract, have the brakes checked out to see what's going on, when you need a wheel alignment usually the car will pull to one side rather than vibrate the steering wheel.
