Lotsa work but sure. It's not just plug and play. You'll need to replace wiring harnesses too.

To what year accord are you asking about? this forum covers 2003-2011+ accords or two different generations. Also where are you located? Some accords in other countries are known as the TSX here in the states and in this forum as well.

I'm pretty sure newer models have memory seats. Though they likely will not work on different generation accords without modification to the seats. I know the cross tour has memory seats on some trim levels. I *think* some 2008+ accords may also have memory seats on higher trim levels.

I don't think any Accords have memory seats, but I suppose you could use some of the parts from Acura cars like the TL.

Definitely not worth the headache. Much easier to sell and buy whole cars.
