Accord 2005 question
My Honda went into limp mode and thenpncode came up for rocker arm and vtec oil pressure switch.
Turned codes off and done a oil drop.
Took it out and she drove well.
Stationary the car will not rev over 4500 revs.
Help me please
No dash warning lights on.

Did you replace any parts when you drained the oil?

Cars have a rev limit when the car is stationary, so that you won't blow the engine if you push down on the accelerator pedal.
I say this assuming that you were in park.
