Happens all the time. I know a service manager at a high volume dealer in Maryland who is always having to drive around trying to find out what rattle or noise somebody's complaining about.

Have dealership's QC manager, shop foreman, service manager, or senior tech ride with you to try and duplicate the "slight rattle when sunroof cover is closed and I close the door" complaint. Not a common problem, btw.

Uh oh, a comment from an "ASE Honda Tech". I hate when Honda techs complain about their customers! If there were no "complaints", there would be no need for "Honda techs"! A $31k car should be worth the $31K....which includes no rattles, buzzes and any other "noise". The $31k I gave the dealer did not rattle or buzz!
