Are you serious? If a rattle can be duplicated, they should work on it as a warranty issue.

Happens all the time. I know a service manager at a high volume dealer in Maryland who is always having to drive around trying to find out what rattle or noise somebody's complaining about.

Have dealership's QC manager, shop foreman, service manager, or senior tech ride with you to try and duplicate the "slight rattle when sunroof cover is closed and I close the door" complaint. Not a common problem, btw.

Have a nice day tech. Now change my oil
The dealer didn't build the car, Honda did. Did you bother to test drive the car before you spent 31k?
