I wouldnt call them extra taillights. Basically they are reflectors. The usdm ones look like this:

You can't get them anywhere right now. The Mugen parts for the G8 Inspire about just about to be introduced in Japan.
After they are introduced and they hit the dealer network over there, then you will have to research carefully to make sure that what you're after will fit your car.
For example, on the G7 Accord, you would have to replace the front hood and front grille to get some of the 2006 Mugen Inspire Sedan parts to work on your 2006 USA Accord Sedan.
It looks to me like the body parts for the 2008+ cars are more likely to fit than the parts for the 2006-2007 Mugen Sedan. That's entirely anecdotal, however, and based simply on looking at pictures of the cars. I don't know the real answer yet.
