2008 Honda Accord Coupe Speakers
I want to replace my speakers in my car. However, I am not familiar with the specs, and wattage limitations for after market speakers. I don't want to put in a speaker that is not made to handle the factory head unit, or something that is going to sound like crap.
I also don't want to spend a mint on speakers. The front drivers side factory speaker is blown, and I know they appear to be made very inexpensively.
someone bought me a set of JVC (CS-V628) 6.5 inch, 250 Watts peak power, (40 watts RMS) they took my car and had these installed. I am less than pleased with the sound. It sounds like my speakers are going to blow when I play a CD, but just ok with the radio. Is it possible that these speakers just aren't made to handle the factory head unit in my car?
Prior to this purchase, I was looking at Polk Audio for the front and rear. I also would appreciate any suggestions for replacement speakers and the sub woofer that came factory in my car. Thanks so much....
