2008 Accord Wiper motor timing

2008 Accord Wiper motor timing
Anybody have any advice on how to time a windshield wiper motor? I've tried turning the little rotor button to different posistions and using a test meter. I can hear the relay kicking on and all fuses are fine. Maybe I just burnt the motor up?
