2008 Accord V6 - right rear body seam - FIXED WITH FOAM?
I don't know how to start so I will just post the repair order narratives and hope to get some response:
12/13/07 - There is rattle/knock coming from the right rear when starting or stopping. also with body flex (turning). Body seam at right rear jack point causing knocking noise. performed repair procedure per techline engineering ref#2511212. replaced left rear sway bar end link
4/18/08 - Noise RT RR area. turning while going over uneven surface. see history. see Tim. 417099-00401. tighten all suspension bolts.
6/14/08 - Diag Suspens Concern. C/S knocking noise in right rear is more frequent than before. See Jeff. Metal from side still rubbing. separated metal and sprayed foam sealer in gap to prevent furhter rubbing.
I aint no engineer but should I accept a foam job on a car that cost $30K?
HELP!!

In a Junkyard near you.
Just about every seam that is not held together by a bolt or spot weld in your car is insulated either by foam or rubber resin.
Yes you should accept it.

Re: (Ross 2.0)
I want to know who diagnosed 12/13/07? seems like there is a lot of speculation in that narrative.
As all noise is coming from right rear and i assume this is a I4, check your exhaust system for movement and clearence
+1 on the expoxy seams as stated above
Here, you can clearly see the seamed epoxy on an 8th gen
