Default 2007 intermittent no-start

Odd problem with my 2007. It will randomly decide not to start. Symptoms are as follows:

Turn key to start it, dash lights come on, but no cranking at all. Sometimes can turn it off and turn it back on right away and it will start, sometimes not. In some cases can turn it to on, pause there and then turn it to start and it will crank, but not always. Seems like if it sits for a few minutes, it will crank and start- but very random situation.

Battery has been checked and it is good, along with the charging system. I replaced the ignition switch (electrical part, not the cylinder), and that seemed to help for a week or so. Also suspected the shift lock solenoid, as it sometimes would not shift out of park, even with the car running and foot on the brake- but that hasn't been an issue lately.

Purchased an ignition relay, but could not determine where it goes- not marked in either the engine bay fuse box or firewall fuse box. So I'm a bit lost at this point. I guess I could take in it, but honestly I feel like I should be able to figure it out. Any thoughts?

Your starter solenoid might be going bad.
