Default 2007 Honda Accord v6 Low Beams Out

Hi All,

Trying to help my friend with this one: I have a 2007 Honda Accord v6 with both low beams out. This occurred after a several week long trip out of the country. He rarely drove at night so he only noticed after daylight savings time kicked in.

High beams, parking lights, brake lights, etc all work fine, just not low beams. We have not yet tried replacing the lights themselves because I had a feeling it wasn't the lights.

What we have checked so far are: the two 10A fuses for the low left/right. I checked for a relay switch but the only ones I can see the 2007 has in the box are for AC Fan and Defrosters.

My question is this: where is the headlight relay switch for a 2007 honda accord? It's not in the engine fuse box it seems. Here's the boxes it has:

Sunday he's coming over and I'm helping him with further troubleshooting - he's bringing over extra bulbs in case - I will swap them out just to rule it out but I'm thinking it's either a relay or wiring harness/connector issue. Thoughts?
