2006 accord v6 crank no start new starter new battery " clicking sound from pgm relay

Ok so i just bought the car it was overheating so i changed the thermostat. Later that night i pulled over to get gas wouldn't come back on. Towed it home installed a new starter and battery. Now it cranks but doesn't start. There's a clicking coming from the PGM-FI main relay. The clicking is about 3 seconds apart in intervals if i disconnect the battery it obviously stops. What could it be?
