My 05 honda recently developed the problem of losing power and eventually stalling out. When it loses power I can't get it to go over 5mph and within a minute or so it will stall out all together.

I went and got the codes for the check engine light when it came on the codes were:

P2197 and P2195
Definition - AF sensor signal stuck lean- 21
Probable cause
1) Open or short circuit condition
2) Lean Air fuel ration-vacuum leak. low fuel pressure
3) failed AF sensor

I replaced the AF sensor on the car, but the problem has persisted. I went again to get the codes and the second time I got this code:

P0420
Definition - Catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 1
Probable cause
1) A/F ratio concern
2) Air leak near H02S (Heated oxygen sensor) Bank 1
3) Ignition system concern
4) faulty catalytic converter

Now i've check out the air hose connected to the intake and there is a good size crack in it. The codes leave me to believe that the A/F leak maybe caused by that. I'm planning to replace the hose but I fear it may be the catalytic converter.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or know how to fix it?
