2004 Honda Accord - SRS Lights On
My Accord's SRS Lights are on; the problem was detected due to a fault in the seat belt locking switch.
Is this mandatory to be rectified? Will the Air bags still work in case of an accident?

Try cleaning the drivers side latch with something like wd40 - some people have had luck doing that. If that doesn't work, replace the latch.
Not sure if the latch is under warranty from the dealer or not - to early for me.

I had the light come on for the drivers side seat belt tensioner--took into the dealer and they replaced it for free on my 2003. I think they have a lifetime wty on the restraint systems.
